First day (sniff, sniff)

So Haven had her first day of school!  She looked so cute in her little pink polo dress!  I am SO glad that one of her school uniform colors is pink! 

The school did a wonderful job of starting the year by allowing all of the parents to stay for a portion of the morning.  Still this Mama cried when I had to leave.

The teacher Haven has, (Mrs.B.) is so sweet and animated.  Haven really likes her and so do I. 

After the first day was completed the school had a BBQ celebrating its 40th year.

Haven came home exhausted but oh so happy!
