Ok... usually my angels suck the syrup off of their pancakes rather than actually eat them. Haven is better at eating the pancake than Hope. In my recollection I don't think Hope has ever actually eaten a whole pancake ever (silver dollar size).
Shane bought me Trader Joe's Buttermilk Pancake mix because we are so busy right now, mix is easier than scratch. It calls for water and 1 egg to make 11-12 pancakes. I added 2 eggs instead, substituted milk for the water, added a mashed banana and a cap full of vanilla.
Both girls ate 2 pancakes before they realized they didn't have any syrup! Success! I may never go back to scratch!
