I've been wanting to create traditions for our family that are our very own. Too often I feel like the holidays are about what everyone else wants. I really want my girls to look back and remember something's that were uniquely ours.
My family always gave us Christmas Jammie's and we watched a Christmas movie on Christmas Eve. And I love the idea of Jammie's and have gone them each year but wanted something other than a movie for us to all enjoy. So I decided that in the box that had all their Jammie's I will also include a new family game for us to play together while drinking hot coco that we stir with a candy cane.
They also get to open a gift from their out of town grandparents.
So that is step one of creating our own family traditions.
